Lightning Talk Description: Whether in internships, conferences, or academic research, GIS to me is a versatile means of communication. In this talk, I hope to share a bit about my experience with GIS in these realms and how it has formed my perspective and spatial approach to problem solving by visualizing concepts and designing innovative and artistic ways to understand the evolving world around us, especially through cartography.
